My motto is to be polite at all time, strictly following company requirements, keep vessel always clean and tidy, crew happy, healthy and willing to work, company long term cooperation and trust.
Willing to work on any type of vessels, have good experience as Master on container carriers (gears (3 x45t) and gearless vessels) with different deadweights and sizes from 1126 teus till 6800 teus.,old and new. Have good experience with successful PSC passing (every 2 -3 month during last 3 contracts).
Trading area: Asian region (Singapore strait and Hong Kong traffic experience) Europe (med. sea), West coast of Africa (rich experience of polite passing local authorities without losses and troubles).Special attention of vessel maintenance at all time, good knowledge of planning maintenance system AMOS,NS5, have experience at dry dock as Master, ready for new building vessel takeover, have some experience in past, as 2nd off.
My high priority on board are:
-Safety on board, strict following of company SMS by each crewmember, regular meetings and actual trainings with crew are compulsory
Each work risk properly being evaluate, study and doing all best to avoid or reduce of any kind of risk. Risk assessments & work permits evaluated and controlled by Master on daily basis.
-Vessel maintenance, vessel must always clean and freshly painted, ready for any inspection, at any port, at any time (special attention to ballast /FW tanks inspection (actual) and proper vessel loading condition (without overstacking and overweighting),lashing equipment inventory control, actions to avoid any losses, safety equipment in good condition and ready for immediate use at all time, compliance and matching FFE and LSA plans with actual equipment on board, cross checked by SOLAS and etc.
-Continuous Master control of vessel cargo operations, Master presence on the bridge as much as possible during navigation, Daily control and inspection of deck & engine control room routine operation, cleanness, fire hazards, any leakages, execution of appointed duties by deck & engine room staff (to avoid PSC observations);
-No any alcohol or drugs on board, ''dry'' vessel policy, strict Master daily control;
-No any smuggling on board , Master accommodation inspection at least twice weekly of accommodation and crew cabins, as well as entire vessel;
-Proper actions for avoidance any stowaways, arrangements of search plans after vessel departure, regular crew training.
-Vessel preparation for passing high-risk areas (West coast of Africa, Gulf of Aden & Malacca strait;
-Good experience with mix crew (Indian, Sri lanka Philippines, Russia, Poland, Montenegro, Romanian, Bulgarian, China, Korean, Turkish
-Good feedback and evaluations from any previous company
